Abstract : 

 A one-sentence summary of the presentation: an exploration of how hardwired neurobiological mechanisms — specifically selective attention, adaptive habits, and Pavlovian conditioning — constrain rational economic behaviour, showing how these efficient evolutionary tools can become behavioural traps under leptokurtic noise.
